Field Service Engineering (FSE)
With Taldor Engineering Services FSE team, our principals know their customers are in good hands. We give our principals peace of mind by taking care of key success factors of a local FSE assignment:
- FSE Performance – We monitor our employees, so that our customers will be confident they are getting the employee’s best performance, even when he is “out of sight.” An employee is part of a group and not a stand alone rep.
- FSE Quality – Our people are highly skilled and experienced mechanical, avionics and propulsion professionals, formerly from the Israeli Aerospace Industry or Israeli Air Force, covering multidisciplinary aspects of: maintenance, engineering, technical, logistics and program management
- Stability – When selecting new employees, long term commitment is part of the requirements and all our employees stay with us for many years.
- Backup – In case of an unexpected absence of an employee (sickness, vacation, unexpected events), we make sure the local customer isn’t left alone. This is critical in cases when you have one person on a mission in one place. The local customer in Israel has a POC.
- Employment conditions – We fully adhere to the Israeli labor regulations (work hours, benefits, taxes, pension etc.), simplifying the contractual terms of hiring the FSE.
