Local support of Specialists Visits

A principal of Taldor Engineering is a subcontractor for a system integrated in a development program of a commercial application with a requirement to support the local program with system software upgrades and testing.

Software upgrades were done in frequent intervals which did not justify relocation of a technician from the company on site.

Taldor Engineering were the local contact with the contractor, making sure that the timing of the technician’s arrival was optimal for performing the task.

Taldor Engineering made sure that all preparations for the software upgrades were done in advance of the technician’s arrival, accompanied the technician during his stay and made sure all the needs for the task were fulfilled so that his stay at the local site was optimal, reducing the principals cost to the required minimum.
